Quasi Skateboards accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all skate hardware and decks remain in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and skateboard decks are still sealed in plastic.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
